Privacy notice

Who we are
ELOSCOD LTD is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
Information we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we receive your name, email address, any organisation and service information you choose to provide, and the details of your enquiry. Our website and security providers may also process technical information necessary to operate and protect the site, such as IP addresses and browser-related security signals.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to read and respond to your message, discuss potential services, and maintain relevant correspondence. Our usual lawful basis for handling an initial enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, processing may instead be necessary to take those steps at your request. We use security measures to protect the website against spam and abuse.
Who receives it
Contact-form messages are delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider. Cloudflare provides security and Turnstile verification. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information required to operate the website. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection rules require safeguards for international transfers, we assess and rely on applicable transfer mechanisms and protections.
How long we keep it
Our policy is to review and delete unsuccessful or inactive project enquiries within 12 months of the last relevant communication, unless a legal obligation, dispute, or continuing business relationship justifies longer retention. Customer records may be subject to separate contractual and statutory retention requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also have rights relating to data portability. Contact [email protected] to make a request. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your information has been mishandled.
Changes
We will update this notice when our services or information-handling practices change.
